Emma is a Legal Director in TLT’s national Contracts and Procurement team. She has over 10 years of experience advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts such as outsourcing, joint ventures, and franchising projects as well as day to day business arrangements, including agreements for the supply of goods and services, framework contracts and standard terms and conditions.

Emma has particular experience in strategic and transformative arrangements, working on a number of outsourcings for household-name clients involving logistics and distribution, business processes, and facilities management services.
