Emma heads up Burges Salmon’s legal project management team to deliver project management consultancy, support, tools, training and service improvement solutions for lawyers and clients.

Emma is an APM-qualified project manager and is also a 9 years PQE experienced Corporate M&A solicitor with a proven track record of delivering strategically important projects at pace.

She joined Burges Salmon in 2019 and works with client teams and lawyers across practice areas to deliver strong project governance in new matter mobilisation, operational matter management and close-down phases.

Emma integrates project management principles into legal service delivery including project planning, stakeholder mapping and management, communications planning, risk management and, costs and KPI reporting to deliver transparency and monitoring for legal and client teams.
