Emma Robertson

Shepherd Wedderburn

Emma is a Partner in Shepherd & Wedderburn’s Rural Property and Business Team. She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Agricultural Law and has extensive experience of both rural property and agricultural matters, including advising both landlords and tenants of agricultural tenancies, the purchase and sale of estates and farms and sporting leases. She also advises in respect of agricultural subsidies and contract farming arrangements. Emma also deals with renewable energy projects including wind turbines, hydro-electricity schemes and biomass boilers. She advises limited companies, partnerships, trusts and private individuals on a range of property issues. Emma is a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
