Euan is an experienced energy, legal and green investment professional. He has experience across both the private and public sectors.

Euan was Chair of the Investment Committee and General Counsel at the UK Green Investment Bank; prior to that, he was a partner and ran the Energy Transactions & Advisory Team at international law firm, Pinsent Masons.  Following privatisation of the Green Investment Bank Euan was appointed Head of Transaction Structuring for green infrastructure projects in EMEA for Macquarie Capital.   Euan also served as General Counsel and an Executive Committee member at Ofgem.  Euan returned to Pinsent Masons in 2022 as a consultant and Senior Climate Advisor in the Climate & Sustainability Team a role he balances with a non-executive portfolio, including chairing the board of Crown Estate Scotland.  At Pinsent Masons Euan advises a wide range of clients on the growing body of law and regulation developing around climate and sustainability matters.
