Fenella Mason

Head of the firm's Construction and Projects division, Fenella has specialised in construction law for over 25 years. With experience in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of construction projects, Fenella now focusses on the resolution of high-value construction and engineering disputes.

She regularly deploys adjudication, arbitration, litigation and mediation in order to bring about the resolution of disputes across a range of construction and engineering projects including roads, rail, energy, utilities, education, office, leisure and retail.

She has been ranked as a leader in her field of construction for over 20 years and is currently recognised in Legal 500’s Hall of Fame.
