Fiona Clarke

Burness Paul

Fiona is a partner in the Private Client team at Burness Paull LLP. Fiona advises clients on their succession and estate planning matters, including the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, tax planning and the creation and running of estate planning vehicles including trusts and Family Investment Companies.  Fiona also has considerable experience and expertise in complex estate administration.  Fiona works with many entrepreneurial and family business clients, and has experience and insight on the interaction between the individual and commercial aspects being juggled by business owners. Fiona has a passion to support clients and find solutions for those worries that are keeping them awake at night – enjoying the satisfaction of a seeing the relief experienced by clients when their affairs are in good order.

Fiona is a full member (TEP - Trust & Estate Practitioner) of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).  Fiona achieved distinction in her STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (Scotland), winning prizes at the STEP Excellence Awards for her performance. Fiona also holds the STEP Certificate in Trusts and Estates (England and Wales), achieving the highest mark in her sitting and being awarded a prize at the STEP Worldwide Excellence Awards.
