Helena Siebenrock

Trainee Solicitor
CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP

Originally from Germany, Helena Siebenrock is a trainee solicitor at CMS UK. She completed the first seat of her training contract in the tech, media, and IP team at the CMS Edinburgh office and is currently completing her second seat in the commercial team (tech, media, and telecommunications) at CMS CEE's Budapest office. Helena holds an undergraduate law degree from the University of Aberdeen, an LLM in Tech Law, and an MA in Transnational Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Additionally, Helena earned her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh. Helena is a founding team member of ProBonoSkills.com, an online platform that provides bespoke training sessions for students involved in pro bono work. In recognition of her efforts towards access to justice, Helena received the Diana Award in 2023.
She has a strong interest in technology, media, and intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on artificial intelligence with her MA thesis focussing on regulating the environmental impact of AI and the EU AI Act.
