Isla MacLeod

As Head of Customer Experience in Registers of Scotland (RoS), Isla leads the teams that provide customer support across RoS services, the property information services, land and property data and the official statistics. This remit allows Isla to work with like-minded colleagues and fellow senior leaders to champion our customers across all of RoS and ensure that customer needs are known and at the heart of decision making.
Isla has been with RoS for 14 years and previously held the role of Head of Communications and prior to that similar roles with Historic Environment Scotland and the National Trust for Scotland.
