Jan Cutting

Jan Cutting joined the Law Society of Scotland in March 2026. Jan leads the Society’s work to expand and enhance the services and support it provides to an increasingly diverse solicitor membership.

She previously worked for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh where she spent six years as Director of Membership, Marketing and Communications. Prior to that Jan was the Director of Marketing at Robert Gordon University.
