Jane Fender-Allison

Jane is an Of Counsel and Mediator at international law firm CMS, specialising in dispute resolution in the infrastructure, construction and energy fields. Jane has been accredited as a mediator since 2012 and accredited as a Specialist in Commercial Mediation by the Law Society of Scotland since 2015.  She regularly acts as a mediator and also represents parties in mediation, including multi-party, 2-day and serial mediations. She also trains others in legal issues in mediation and mediation practice and writes for in-house and external publications on key mediation issues.  Jane was the Law Society of Scotland’s representative on the Scottish Mediation Bill Reference Group, she is a Trustee of mediation charity Place for Hope, a member of the Excellence in Mediation Committee of Scottish Mediation and a Panel Mediator on the Edinburgh Sheriff Court Mediation Scheme.
