Jenna Wong
Jenna advises on statutory powers and duties, governance and public law. She has particular expertise in public inquiries and investigations and managing large-scale patient recalls. A strategic thinker, adept at project management, she provides responsive and pragmatic advice to clients, helping them to minimise risk and make astute choices, no matter how distressing or urgent the challenge.
She has many years’ experience of advising national and regional bodies, including regulators and public authorities, which she uses to help clients in line with good governance principles, so they can focus on their core business. She supports clients with organisational re-structuring, review of legislation and judicial reviews. She also advises on information governance, media communications and management of stakeholder relationships.
Her experience includes developing partnerships and collaborations between public bodies, acting as recognised legal representative in public inquiries and proceedings before the First Tier Tribunal Health Education and Social Care Chamber.
