John Mulholland

John graduated from Strathclyde University with a Degree in Law and a Diploma in Legal Practice in 1988. He joined Marshall Wilson in 2011 after practising as a criminal defence solicitor and partner based in Glasgow and Falkirk.

He is a criminal law consultant at Falkirk-based Marshall Wilson Law Group, prior to which his private practice work included running his own firm for almost ten years.

John is the Convener of the Insurance Committee. He is also the former convener of the Finance Committee and a former member of the Appeals and Reviews Subcommittee.
