Johnston Clark

Johnston is a partner in the Private Client team at Blackadders LLP, advising on all aspects of wills, succession, trusts, tax, asset protection, charities, powers of attorney, and executry administration.

He is a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Professional Practice Committee, a Director of The Legal Defence Union and advises solicitors on regulatory and practice matters. Johnston is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Regulation of Professional Conduct Law and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
