Karen Phillips

Karen qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and joined Balfour+Manson in 2017. Since qualifying she has advised on a wide range of personal and family issues.

Karen specialises in wills and estate and succession planning including inheritance tax mitigation, trusts and the law concerning incapacity and executry administration.

She regularly assist clients in organising their personal affairs as well as setting up and administrating trusts including personal injury trusts and charities. She is also a trustee of the John Watson's Trust.
