Karen Wooton

Legal Director (Private Client)

Karen advises a wide clients at all stages in life to prepare Wills and Powers of Attorney, to plan their estates for succession or to minimise tax and care home fees. 

Throughout her career she has been involved in establishing and managing trusts for use in estate planning, particularly for parents of children with disability and those who have received a personal injury or Criminal Injuries Compensation.  She also has a particular interest in succession planning for family businesses, working with colleagues throughout the firm to achieve the best results for our clients.

Karen is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
