Keith Dinsmore

I co-founded Vialex in 2010 with the aim of building a lean corporate and commercial legal services firm servicing the UK market fit for the 21st century.  

I advise on a wide range of UK and cross-border corporate transactional work, including acquisitions, disposals, private company funding rounds, solvent restructurings and reorganisations and joint venture work. I have a particular expertise in the mid-market private equity arena, having acted on numerous occasions for private equity institutions, management teams and vendors.

With every piece of advice I give, I put myself in my client’s shoes and tailor my advice accordingly.  It is important to me that people feel that they get accurate, targeted and readily understandable advice and that they feel that we drive a process forward rather than apply the brakes!  Speed of response and active communication lies at the heart of everything that we do.    

I particularly enjoy the challenge of helping my clients to work their way through often complex issues with the aim of delivering on their objectives.
