Kimberley Mackay

Partner
Ralph Sayer

Kimberley began her legal career in her hometown of Wick, working with a sole practitioner in conveyancing and private client. In 2020, Kimberley moved to Edinburgh to specialise in private client services. Her expertise covers Wills, estate planning and inheritance tax planning, Powers of Attorney, executries (estate administration), planning for care home fees, and trusts.

“Private client work allows me to spend time with my clients, understand their circumstances, and help them make the best plan for their future. While these conversations can sometimes be sensitive, clients often tell me the relief and peace of mind they feel afterwards — knowing they’ve done the best for themselves and their loved ones.”
