Kirsty is a knowledge and development lawyer in our Banking team. Kirsty has over 20 years experience as a banking lawyer.

Kirsty provides technical advice and knowledge on new and complex areas of law and commercial practice. She also maintains the Banking team’s precedents and runs comprehensive training programmes for lawyers at all levels in the Banking team.

Kirsty has tutored on the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh for 10 years and is the course organiser for the Banking Elective. Kirsty is a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Banking, Company & Insolvency Law Sub-committee.
