Laura Irvine

Laura is a regulatory lawyer, a criminal solicitor advocate and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Data Protection Law. She wrote the Guide to the GDPR for the Society and works across all sectors helping organisations comply with data protection laws. She also assists clients in relation to contentious mattes when the regulator gets involved or compensation claims arise. Laura also advises on cyber security issues. Laura leads the session on data protection for TCPD Module 1.
