I've carved a niche in pioneering legal functions at tech companies, building and leading legal teams and operations. My career is highlighted by a series of 'firsts': from being the first legal hire at XR startup Littlstar to becoming the first legal counsel in Europe and the first product counsel for R&D at Unity Technologies.

Now, as the inaugural Head of AI Legal Academy at Wordsmith AI, I lead educational initiatives designed to empower legal professionals to embrace and integrate AI into their practice. My work focuses on creating innovative learning programs and offering strategic guidance to help legal teams worker smarter with AI.

Beyond my role at Wordsmith AI, I am engaged with the broader legaltech community, serving on the boards of Copenhagen Legal Tech and Connected Women in AI. Through these platforms, I advocate for diversity, innovation, and technological advancements in the legal industry.
