Liliana Torres Jimenez

Liliana is a Policy Executive at the Law Society, where she supports the Criminal Law Committee and the Licensing Law Sub-Committee. Before joining the Society, Liliana practiced criminal law at a prominent Colombian firm, specializing in high-profile cases. In 2020, she was awarded a partial scholarship to pursue her LLM at the University of Edinburgh. Liliana’s main interest is the accomplishment of human right standards in criminal procedures.
