Lily Sinclair

Case Investigation Manager
Scottish Legal Complaints Commission

Lily obtained her LLB from the University of Edinburgh in 2010. Her background combines experience in both customer service and complaints handling. She spent a number of years in the delivery of the Warmer Homes Scotland scheme, including the handling of complaints and appeals for this service, before joining the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission in 2019. At the SLCC Lily has worked as a Case Investigator before moving into her current role there as Case Investigation Manager. She is also an active member of the SLCC’s Service Experience Team.
