Lynette is the sole UK in-house legal counsel at ERG, a European renewable energy company headquartered in Italy. She also sits as a director on the board of ERG’s UK holding company and UK subsidiaries. Lynette is an accredited Risk Management & Governance specialist, a past charity chair and trustee, and a committee member of the Law Society’s In-house Lawyers Committee.
