Manjula Bray

Business Psychologist and Executive/Career Coach

Manjula Bray has gained significant experience as a former lay assessor with the National Assembly for Wales (under the Office for the Commissioner for Public appointments) and the Judicial Appointments Commission (JAC) in England and Wales. As a business psychologist and executive/career coach, Manjula’s work is focussed in the area of candidate assessment, assisting employers to select the right person for senior roles, and supporting individuals to achieve their aspirational career goals. She has expertise in talent management, recruitment, L&D and leadership. Manjula has successfully supported and coached numerous individuals to judicial, quasi-judicial and public positions in Scotland, Wales and England. Working as an independent consultant she develops and delivers occupational/business psychology solutions (psychometric testing and assessment/development centres) and has supported positive action interventions and CPD activities in partnership with the Law Society of England and Wales since 2009.
