Professor Maria Fletcher
Maria Fletcher is Professor of European at the School of Law, University of Glasgow. Her research and teaching interests lie in the field of EU constitutional law and EU migration and criminal justice. She is co-lead of the Women in Law Project which seeks to uncover the hidden histories of women in law in Scotland and in so doing, advocate for a more diverse and equitable legal profession and education. Maria is a co-lead of the GO Justice Centre (Glasgow Open Justice) in the School of Law whose mission is to drive social change through legal education and research. She is co-Chair of JustRight Scotland, Scotland’s legal centre for justice and human rights.
