Marika Franceschi

Marika specialises in complex family law matters and deals with a wide range of issues including pre- and post-nuptial contracts and high value claims for financial provision, often involving an international element. She is also experienced in dealing with child residence and contact disputes, child relocation and Petitions under the Hague Convention on International Child Abduction.

Marika is a member of the Family Law Association in Scotland and is trained in Collaborative Law. She is also Accredited by The Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Family Law.

Marika is a fluent Italian speaker and regularly assists Italian individual and business clients.

In addition, Marika's work contributed to the firm winning Family Law Team of the Year at the Scottish Legal Awards 2020.
