Mark Hamilton

Mark is a partner based in Dentons' Edinburgh office. He is a member of the People, Reward and Mobility team specializing in employment law.

Mark supports clients on all aspects of employment law from advising on contracts and severances to collective employee relations, redundancy programs and handling complex grievances and claims, such as unfair dismissal and discrimination. He is recognized as having both top-class technical legal knowledge and an extremely pragmatic approach to achieving clients' objectives, whether he is providing strategic advice or guiding clients through a complex dispute.

He has particular experience in workforce restructuring and the transfer of employees under TUPE on acquisitions and outsourcing.  He has worked with clients in a diverse range of sectors from financial services to transport and food & beverage.
