Mark has considerable experience in all areas of Legal Expenses with particular expertise in Judicial Accounts and Private Business Accounts.

Mark's Judicial accounting experience includes Sheriff Court, Court of Session and House of Lords Accounts.

He is regularly involved in complex additional fee cases and has provided considerable support and assistance in such cases from settlement of the action through to adjustment and taxation of Expenses. He has provided invaluable assistance in relation to expenses in several high profile cases over the last few years.

Mark is regularly asked to speak on Expenses, particularly in relation to questions surrounding Judicial Expenses, and delivers Seminars to various bodies including Central Law Training.
