Michael is an experienced commercial litigator and solicitor advocate. He advises clients on a wide range of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, the enforcement of restrictive covenants and director disputes. He also experienced in judicial review, being regularly instructed in judicial reviews focussing on matters such as the legality of professional disciplinary proceedings and regulatory decisions taken within the pharmaceutical sector.

 Michael has considerable advocacy experience and was admitted as a solicitor advocate in December 2023.
