Nicola is a Partner in the Litigation Division at Morton Fraser MacRoberts. She specialises in personal injury and medical negligence claims, with a focus on high value, complex claims and fatal cases.

Nicola is highly experienced in acting on behalf of claimants and defenders in a wide range of cases including road traffic cases involving motorists, pedestrians and cyclists, employers’ liability claims, public liability claims, industrial disease and medical negligence claims.

Nicola is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in personal injury law and is also certified as a Trauma Informed Lawyer. Nicola tutors on the on Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice Civil Litigation Course at Glasgow University and is also a member of Lexis Nexis' Panel of Scottish Civil Litigation Experts.
