Paul Hilton

Paul has worked in property sector for 40 years. He joined ESPC in 2000. Before becoming CEO in 2014, Paul has worked in a variety of roles in ESPC, including Regional Director for Operations and Sales and Marketing Director. Paul has vast experience of the property industry, in his role Paul also works closely with industry stakeholders including Bank of England, The Law Society of Scotland and Government on various initiatives and topics. Paul is also Chair of SPC Scotland – an affiliation of 6 SPCs across Scotland,. As CEO of ESPC, Paul is passionate about ensuring ESPC retains its market leading position and believes the best way to do so is through continuous improvement and investment.
