Peter Roper

Peter is an Investment Manager with Rowan Dartington, the discretionary fund management and stockbroking firm owned by St James’s Place (SJP).  Living in the Scottish Borders with his family Peter has worked in the financial services and investment industry for over 30 years specialising in the investment and wealth management sectors.  Before joining Rowan Dartington in 2016 as an Investment Manager Peter held senior investment management roles in Scotland for specialist companies within the industry including Close Brothers, Deutsche Bank, Tilney, and the Private Bank of RBS.  Peter’s experience and qualifications have been recognised by the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) by being made a Chartered Fellow of the Securities Institute (FCSI) and a Chartered Wealth Manager.
