Rebecca Taylor

Rebecca is an associate in the commercial team. She specialises in matters relating to intellectual property, technology and outsourcing, commercial contracts and data protection across a wide range of sectors.

She regularly advises clients on supply of goods and services agreements, manufacturing agreements, research and development projects, IP licensing and distribution arrangements. She advises on both transactional and advisory work.

Rebecca is a registered Notary Public with the Law Society of Scotland and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
