Richard McMeeken

Richard McMeeken is a partner in the litigation team at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP. He specialises in commercial contract disputes, corporate and company claims and he is ranked as a leading individual in these areas in the Chambers legal directory. Richard is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and regularly acts as an expert instructed by other law firms in his areas of expertise. In addition to his commercial practice, Richard leads the firm's contentious trusts and executries work and is ranked as a leading individual in the Legal 500 legal directory for his work in this area.  Richard is an editor of Greens Civil Practice Bulletin, sits on the Lexis Nexis panels for civil litigation and trusts and executries, is the firm's Money Laundering Reporting Officer and is currently appointed as a legal chair on the board of the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission.
