Roger Davis

Corporate Affairs Lawyer
Kennedys

Roger qualified as solicitor in 2008, and specialised in clinical negligence and personal injury law before joining Kennedys in 2018 as a corporate affairs lawyer. Examining emerging risks to the legal insurance market, including the impact of legal and political shifts, he takes responsibility for identifying issues affecting the Healthcare and Motor sectors globally, and shaping a key research function.

Roger has played a key role in producing a number of research-led reports that explore both the opportunities and risks of technological advances, such as healthtech innovations and self-driving vehicles.

Representing clients’ interests in policy-led changes, Roger has considerable experience in leading Kennedys’ engagement with government and Law Commission consultations. His current focus is on emerging transport technology, including self-driving vehicles and micromobility, to help shape the future regulatory landscape in this fast-evolving area.
