Rosalind McInnes
I graduated from Glasgow University in 1991, trained at A & W M Urquhart and worked in private practice as a commercial litigator before joining the BBC in 1997 from Maclay Murray and Spens. I’m an author of “Scots Law for Journalists”, “Contempt of Court in Scotland” and “Media Law and Practice”. I am a former council member of the Law Society of Scotland. I have taught and spoken on media law internationally, have judged the Monroe Price Media Law Moot at Oxford and done judicially training in Ukraine. As well as an LLB (Hons) and Dip LP, I have a Diploma in Business Administration from Leeds Bradford University and a Diploma in Copyright Law from King’s College London.
