Ross Nicol

Ross is a partner in the Intellectual Property and Technology team, having joined the Firm in 2001. Ross advises clients on non-contentious intellectual property and information technology matters, with a focus on commercial arrangements relating to technology creation and exploitation. Ross also advises on intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions, e-commerce, Data Protection/Freedom of Information compliance and franchising. Ross works with a broad spectrum of clients, from individuals and start up companies through to major UK PLCs, in a variety of sectors, including food and beverage, financial services and software. Ross also spent time on secondment with an international pharmaceutical company.
