Ruth brings a practical, business-focused perspective to in-house legal practice. She regularly advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including intellectual property, disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and high-stakes commercial negotiations - combining legal expertise with hands-on experience of managing complex organisational challenges.
