Simon Mayberry

Simon is a Partner and Head of Balfour+Manson’s employment law team. He is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in employment law and acts principally for employers in a variety of industries, with a large number of clients in hospitality, charities, sports and manufacturing. He provides day-to-day employment law support to clients as well as dealing with litigation. His contentious experience extends to all types of claims in the Employment Tribunal along with defending claims in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal. His advice takes a commercially-minded and risk-based approach tailored to each client. This approach helps his clients to achieve the results they want quickly and without unnecessary delays, processes and complications.
