Steven heads up his firm's innovation, continual improvement and legal technology offering, focussing on improving client service delivery.

Working across all practice areas, Steven is responsible for designing and delivering change and improvement projects, including through the use of automation and artificial intelligence.

A previous winner of the Law Society of Scotland' "Innovation Cup", Steven also tutors on Innovation and Legal Technology as part of the University of Glasgow's Diploma in Legal Practice.

Steven is also a practising solicitor with almost 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, having been recommended by both Chambers and Legal 500 in that time.

Steven also lectures on property matters as part of the Law Society of Scotland's TCPD (Trainee Continuing Professional Development) course.
