Susannah Donaldson

Susannah is a trusted advisor to some of the UK’s largest employers and has particular expertise in complex employment litigation, pay transparency and diversity and inclusion issues. Susannah is Co-Head of the firm’s Equality Law practice comprising 28 Equality Law and D&I experts from across the firm’s global network.  She regularly works in partnership with the firm’s dedicated D&I consultancy, Brook Graham, to deliver holistic commercial solutions to clients.  Susannah also leads the firm’s Pay Transparency specialism and has supported a large number of businesses on their diversity data reporting strategies.
