Tanja Podinic

Digital Legal Ventures

Tanja qualified as a litigator and has spent the last decade working in GC departments across various global law firms. Tanja spent over six years at Dentons and journeyed through several mergers, where she enjoyed a seat at the forefront of disruption within the legal industry. Her most recent role as the Global Director of Innovation Programmes focussed on developing disruptive legaltech for the firm’s clients and leading on partnerships with global AI tech companies.

Tanja sits on the Law and Technology Committee for the England and Wales Law Society, where she advises on artificial intelligence and its impact on the legal profession. At the moment she is working on the UK's innovation approach to generative AI and the implications it may have on lawyers and clients alike.

She now advises law firms and in house legal departments on innovation, focussing on AI strategy development and technology adoption.
