Victoria Vardy

CEO, Gen+

Victoria Vardy is the CEO of Gen+, a Not For Profit that trains teachers and young learners in leadership and meta-skills across Scotland through its interactive digital platform. A qualified Teacher, she has over a decade of experience as an educator, latterly focusing on creating digital educational content to enhance learners' experience.

Victoria spent the previous eight years at Fettes College, Edinburgh, as Head of Geography and Director of Service, coordinating volunteering and community programmes.
