Zoe Fowlie

I work as part of the Vialex Transaction Services Team and advise clients on a full range of corporate transactional issues, including M&A, joint ventures, investments, and corporate reorganisations.

I enjoy getting to know our clients’ businesses and being able to provide pragmatic advice for the varied challenges their businesses face.

I am particularly interested in how technology can help us work more efficiently, effectively, and transparently, and as head of legal technology at Vialex, I am involved in projects aimed at harnessing new technologies to provide clients with competitive, convenient, and accessible services that above all, are adapted to reflect how our clients want to work.

I am also a member of the Vialex CSR committee which focuses on the impact we have on our community and beyond. This includes looking at our sustainability practices and finding ways of supporting our chosen partner charities.
