Historical Sexual Offences (Pardons and Disregards) (Scotland) Bill
A Bill for an Act of the Scottish Parliament to pardon persons convicted of certain historical sexual offences and to provide a process for convictions for those offences to be disregarded.
This Scottish Government Bill was introduced by the Cabinet Secretary for Justice, Michael Matheson MSP, on 6 November 2017.
