Age of Criminal Responsibility (Scotland) Bill

A Bill for an Act of the Scottish Parliament to raise the age of criminal responsibility to 12 years.

This Scottish Government Bill was introduced by the Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for Education and Skills, John Swinney MSP, on 13 March 2018. The Bill is currently at Stage 1.
