Census (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill
A Bill for an Act of the Scottish Parliament to amend the Census Act 1920 to enable particulars about gender identity and sexual orientation to be gathered voluntarily.
This Scottish Government Bill was introduced by the Cabinet Secretary for Culture, Tourism and External Affairs, Fiona Hyslop MSP, on 2 October 2018.
