Online Safety Bill

The Online Safety Bill has been introduced to make provision for and in connection with the regulation by OFCOM of certain internet services; for and in connection with communications offences; and for connected purposes.

We have published a briefing in advance of the second reading of the Bill at the House of Commons on 19 April 2022.
