Abortion Services (Safe Access Zones) (Scotland) Bill
The Abortion Services (Safe Access Zones) (Scotland) Bill is a Member's Bill which was introduced by Gillian Mackay MSP on 5 October 2023.
The Bill would create safe access zones around all places providing abortion services in Scotland.
