Right to Addiction Recovery (Scotland) Bill

The Right to Addiction Recovery (Scotland) Bill is a member's bill which was introduced by Douglas Ross MSP on 14 May 2024, with a view to establishing a right in law to treatment for addiction for anyone in Scotland who is addicted to either alcohol, or drugs or both.
